Shipping

Luther Productions ships all product via United Parcel Service (UPS). If you need faster delivery, please call Luther Productions at 651-646-5526 and indicate your shipping needs. Please note that faster delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Should you have trouble receiving your package, simply let us know so that we can work to ensure your receipt of the product, such as providing tracking numbers and ship dates.

Returns

All returned merchandise must be in unused, salable condition. Returns must be made within 4 weeks of purchase. If your purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit that account. Please allow 3 weeks for return credit to be processed to your credit card. If your purchase was made by cash or check, we will issue a credit good for one year. We are not able to refund cash or issue refund checks.

If the materials are defective or damaged, whether by manufacture or shipping, please call us at 651-646-5526 within 10 days of delivery and we will be happy to mail you a replacement product.
